Products that work together.
Grinding & Packaging Ground coffee
Flow Integrated Systems by VacuumLoaders connect multiple distinct material handling and packaging operations into a cohesive, automated production line. Designed specifically to solve speed mismatch challenges between equipment, our integrated coffee processing systems reduce required operating labor, improve throughput, and eliminate airborne dust.
Key Operational Benefits
- Labor Reduction: Reduces operational staffing from 2–3 operators down to 1 single operator.
- Dust Containment: Completely sealed system contains airborne coffee dust associated with roasted coffee grinding.
- Automated Speed Synchronization: Intelligent speed matching prevents bottlenecks and equipment starvation across varying process rates.
- Scalable Throughput: System capacity scales dynamically when upgrading core equipment like grinders.
Integrated 5-Step Coffee Processing & Speeds
Our integrated coffee handling system synchronizes five distinct operations operating at varying native capacities:
- Grinder Loading: Up to 2,000 lbs/hour (Automated Vacuum Loader)
- Coffee Grinding: 600 lbs/hour (Industrial Coffee Grinder)
- Bagger Loading: Up to 2,000 lbs/hour (Ground Coffee Vacuum Loader)
- Bagging & Filling: 1,600 lbs/hour (Automated Bagging Machine)
- Bag Sealing: 12 bags/minute (Continuous Sealer)
Automated Speed & Buffer Management
Because individual equipment operating speeds differ, the Flow Integrated System dynamically regulates material flow:
- Grinding Faster than Bagging: If grinding rate exceeds bagging rate, grinding automatically pauses until the bagger catches up.
- Bagging Faster than Grinding: If bagging rate exceeds grinding rate, the bagger loader buffers and waits until sufficient ground coffee accumulates before transferring.
- Operator-Controlled Pace: The entire line is governed by the bagging process and monitored by a single operator.
- Speed Adjustment: Upgrading to a higher-capacity grinder proportionally increases total system output.
